CRO Digital ("we") runs crodigitalconsulting.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you request a free website check-up or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your website or business name, your name, email, and optionally your phone number and a message. If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you send.
We also collect basic, anonymous visit statistics (such as pages viewed and device type) to understand how our website is used. These statistics do not identify you.
How we use it

- To reply to your questions and follow up about your project
- To improve our website
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run our website: Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox, Cloudflare hosts the website and provides visit statistics, and Google Fonts provides the text font. These services process information only to provide their service to us, and some may store it outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep check-up requests and emails for as long as needed to respond and to work with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@crodigitalconsulting.com or call 587-664-6439, and we will reply within 30 days.
